Yoga Thru Pregnancy

A 75 minute class that combines traditional yoga moves in a safe and effective format with the techniques of centering, breathing and relaxation.

All programs follow the American College of OB/GYN safety guidelines for exercise during pregnancy. A Doctor's note is required for both classes.
