Our postnatal classes all focus on the postural changes that occured during your pregnancy. We are excited to offer four different classes. And as always, babies are welcome.

PostFit
This class focuses on body realignment, cardiovascular endurance
and overall strength training, specifically in those areas that
weakened the most during pregnancy (i.e., back, abdominals and
legs). This high energy, fat-burning class is guaranteed to
help you get your body back into shape. If you're a mom with
an active baby, don't worry... we show you how to hold the baby
so that your workout is not compromised. ExtremeIntervals is
our more advanced version.
