One-Two-Three Personal Training
Prenatal (In-home):
Enjoy a 75 minute training session with both the mom-to-be and dad-to-be. Your Certified Personal Trainer will educate you about the benefits of exercise during pregnancy. Receive a personalized workout that you can both do together in the comfort of your home. It will include special exercises to keep mom-to-be more comfortable during her pregnancy as well as provide the training tools needed to prepare her for the birth. Relaxation techniques are also taught during this session. Two exercise bands are included.
Postnatal (Outdoor Only - Mom, Dad and Babies):
No more "taking the baby for a walk". Spend one hour with a B.A.B.Y. Certified Trainer and build cardiovascular endurance, build muscle tone and bond with baby. You will learn ways to enhance those outdoor strolls by getting a great workout also. Two exercise bands are included.
