| When can I start a postnatal exercise progam? | ||
A lot depends on your prenatal activity, your delivery (e.g. Was it relatively easy, C-section, long, etc.), and how you currently feel (e.g. Are you sleep deprived, still bleeding, etc). These are questions that you will be asked when you register. We want to make sure that you are totally ready. Most women, however, generally start the program at 6-8 weeks postpartum. Close Window |
