If I am already active, why would I need these programs?

Our classes specifically focus on the postural changes that occur during your pregnancy. Our exercises are exactly what you need to feel more comfortable during your pregnancy as well as more physically ready for the birth. We encourage you to continue with your own exercise regimen, and to supplement it with ours. You will also learn the do's and the don'ts for when you exercise on your own. As when you are not pregnant, the exercise prescription still remains at 3-5 days per week.

Another benefit of our program is that each week we discuss a relevant topic (nutrition, birth stories, fears, postpartum, etc). It provides an opportunity for women to share their thoughts (and complaints!) with other women, while also building friendship
