Is there any benefit to keeping a diary of my progress?

Exercising during pregnancy is not about progression. Instead, it is about staying comfortable and preparing for the birth. By following the ABC'S of Prenatal Fitness, you now know that you can engage in exercises at different times throughout the day. Recording your activity on your Self Assessment Worksheet, allows you to acknowledge all that you do. It also serves as a reference guide for weights used and repetitions done. Maintaining a diary will not only keep you motivated, but will serve as a keepsake from your pregnancy.
