What are the benefits of exercising during pregnancy?

Statistically, pregnant women who exercise have healthier pregnancies, easier births and quicker postpartum recoveries.

According to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ACOG) Exercise Guidelines, in the absence of contraindications, pregnant women are encouraged to engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate exercise a day.
