| What makes the ABC'S of Prenatal Fitness so unique to other prenatal programs? | ||
The ABC'S of Prenatal Fitness was designed for today's busy pregnant woman. Not only does the program take into account the limited time available for exercise, but it also recognizes that when you are pregnant, every day you feel differently. One day you may have a bundle of energy while the next, you may be totally exhausted. Based on your self-assessment, you will be able to choose which exercises make sense for you at any given time. No other program is this flexible. You are provided with the tools you need to customize your own program based on how you feel. This program recommends 12 key exercises that are critical in having a more comfortable pregnancy, easier birth and quicker postpartum recovery. You can decide when to implement these exercises, whether it is in place of contraindicated exercises in your own classes, or in the 10 minute break you have at the office. If you were to only participate in the ABC'S of Prenatal Fitness on your own time, you will still gain a great benefit. Additionally, the ABC'S allow woman of varying exercise backgrounds, to safely participate in prenatal fitness, outside of the class setting. Unlike other programs, the critical importance of Awareness and Balance is coupled with clear explanations for safe Cardio and Strength training. Close Window |
